They do not support their products bought a lock failed on day 1. Promised they were sending a replacement Lied. Never did. Having to dispute with the Cc company to get money back. Lots of better and more reputable companies.
Nightmare ! Installed new Bluetooth lock . It did not work … Awaiting a new lock being shipped now … Very hard to contact them … Nightmare …
Buyer beware! We purchased a RV lock from this company. The lock was barely used (we are in NE and have limited camping season) and began to have difficulties. With a lot of back and forth with customer service, we found out warranty period expired. Our choices - pay for new one with a small discount or pay shipping back and forth, plus parts and repairs. VERY DISSATISFIED!
Very poor customer service and communication. Not willing to offer any help or assistance for one of their products.
