I have a Bauer keyless entry lock on my RV and I love it. It is nice not to have to have a key to get into my RV. When I had the need to contact customer service they took great care of me. I highly recommend their keyless entry products.
After vistiting several RV repair shops trying to get the door lock replaced on my RV and having no luck due to the inability of the shops to identify the lock assembly. I email Bauer and had a email from Bruce Bacon the next morning. Bruce was able to tell me the lock needed and I ordered it. I am not that handy and normally pay to have the work done on my RV. I was able to remove and replace the lock myself and it works great. 😎
I ordered a door lock for my RV from these people and they sent it right away and it fit thanks again I will refer you guys from now on
