I want to thank Ben for all he did for my sister and I. Laubenthals- Mercados took care of both my parents funerals with such care and kindness. Ben helped us in ways we didnt even know existed. So thank you for all you have done!

If I could give this funeral home a lower star rating than one, I would. Writing this six months after burying my father who passed from cancer. I have a list of everything this place did incorrectly; how information was not communicated effectively, and how my family and I were deceived while we were grieving. We come to this place a week before the funeral. We ask that my dad have a CLOSED CASKET; we asked for Friday to have the funeral, we couldnt get Friday. We settled for Thursday. My daughter died by suicide while a student at college and we live 7 hours away. In what was the most gut wrenching, difficult time of my life, Ben could not have been kinder or more helpful in helping us navigate the steps needed to see her to say goodbye and have her cremated in order to bring her home as quickly as possible. He took great care of us and of my daughter's remains.
