Unprofessional
Was going to get insurance with them but the woman I talked to was very rude and hung up on me, they are definitely not trying to help anyone, but very very rude
Spoke to one lady and she found me a decent policy but was out of work the next day. Worked with the owner Joy and she was rude, rushed me off the phone, didn't want to find me an affordable policy. Stated "if I don't want to take the policy, I can get off the phone". She did not have the patience to explain what an MVR was. I am not an insurance agent I am not aware of what that is. Another local agent told me they were adding a car to my policy Friday, didn’t add it and put me in a hard spot having a new car with no insurance. Bauer was open on Saturday, forwards calls and helped me get in touch with customer service for National General to make those changes to my policy. I’ll be switching to Bauer to handle my needs from here on out!
