The poor sharpening of our instruments ruined them. We had to pay for shipping to send them back and have all of them retipped at additional charge. Also, the cavitron tips were of inferior quality and did not spray water properly. When we tried to resolve each of these issues, we were met with very angry customer service. Howard even hung up on us. It was all a highly disappointing experience and we would NOT recommend.
I cannot say enough about Bauer Dental. We use him at First Impressions Family Dental for all of our sharpening needs. The Hygienists love that they don't have to sharpen their own instruments and that it's done on site. Also He's been very kind to us at Trinity Free Clinic by sharpening all of our surgical and hygiene instruments. We all highly recommend him!
Howard is quick to answer the phone and is VERY knowledgeable on products and services. Had several instruments sharpened, re-tipped and repaired at a good price. I will continue to use him for the foreseeable future
