Not honest. I’ve known Jake a long time but that didn’t stop him from not paying us, his painting subcontractors. Low moral compass.
This guy doesn’t pay his subcontractors. Hired us for painting of his new bar floors and walls, then ghosted us
I have known people who used Jake over the past decade, and so he was the first person I contacted when moving back into our house. He was responsive, came out to see the work we wanted done, and told me to expect an estimate in 2-3 days. This was a month ago. No estimate and it has been impossible to contact him. I have tried calling, texting, emailing, and have received no response. Jake and his crew did an amazing job. The painting, electrical and tile work were done well and of high quality. Price was fair and no unexpected costs were incurred. Jake’s team arrived on time and left everyday by 5. It made it easy to plan around. I would definitely use Jake and his team again as well as highly recommend and refer Bauer Construction Group to others.
