What a great little store. Sweet people, Had a watch clasp that needed a simple adjustment and they jumped on it immediately. We were in Kerrville on a visit so was in a bit of a pickle with a watch that would not stay latched and they were able to tweak it to get the clasp to latch and were so kind about it. Least I could do is write them a great review. Cool shop. Great folks. Recommended.

Outstanding customer service. I went to Baublit's , after having my watch battery replaced at another place , and the watch not working right . After looking at it they determined that the other had not put my watch back together right and had not realigned the buttons that control it . They fixed my problem very fast and then did not charge me for what they had done. I would highly recommend them for all your watch needs

The couple running the store were very nice and helpful. I needed a battery changed in my watch and help removing some stubborn spring bars. They completed the job in 5 minutes and only charged me $8.
