Tony and Donna were so very helpful and friendly and offered advice that no other jeweler offered us. They helped me design a diamond pendant necklace and it came out even more beautiful than I had hoped for. Tony Is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made sure we were happy with our jewelry. We couldn’t be more happy with my fiancé‘s engagement ring. After visiting multiple jewelers with no luck, my friend recommended I see Tony at Baubles in Lynnfield. Tony was awesome and patient. I told him I was looking for a Marquis diamond roughly 1.5 carrots with a floral like setting in yellow gold. He was able to get a wide variety of diamonds and settings for me to choose from and even explained the importance of a diamonds symmetry, table percentage and depth percentage. Baubles repaired my favorite earrings & necklace. The work was exceptional, seamless and made my old pieces look brand new. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. They texted promptly when my order was ready. Can’t wait to go back.
I can't thank the team at Bauble's enough for helping me with a stunning engagement ring. Tony was incredibly professional, refreshingly honest, and generally great to work with.
