Great service, very reasonable pricing. Fixed the issue quickly and didn't try to oversell anything. Will be using them for all future needs. Definitely recommend them.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with BAU Mechanical. I hired them to fix my AC, and they assured me it was fully repaired and would function well for the rest of the season. However, the problem reappeared after one day. When I called to report this, they refused to take any accountability and insisted I pay again. The entire BAU team is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The team diagnosed my pool heater; the heater was beyond repair and a replacement was installed and operational within 1 day. Communication skills and their personalities made the entire process comfortable. Will definitely use them again for any hvac needs

Great service on our pool heater, it has been getting old and stopped working one day, I got their card from Beechmount Pools and called for a service appointment. They came out within a few days and diagnosed it as a “loose connection” which seemed to fix the problem for a few days. Fast forward and it wasn’t working again, called them to come back and reassess, where another technician determined it to be the potentiometer for the temperature adjustment.
