Our pool heater stopped working showed error code, we contacted Hayward manufacturer they provided HVAC contacts in our area. We chose Bau as they had reviews regarding pool heaters the others did not. Bau was great they were able to squeeze in service call same day and had parts on hand to repair. They had heater back up and running same day at a reasonable price as our heater no longer had warranty coverage. We highly recommended the company and service tech Ryan really knows his stuff when it comes to pool heaters. TY
BAU Mechanical performed a warranty inspection on my leaking Hayward heater, which had already been disassembled. The work completed was limited to taking photos and a minor disconnect of the pool plumbing, so their invoice seemed disproportionate to the service provided. I was also told that travel time was the reason for the higher charge, but the travel time was inflated too.
Great experience with BAU installing our attic heat pump. Everything went smoothly, very professional crew. Highly recommend.
BAU recently installed our first Air conditioning unit. They were punctual, profession and respectful. Tim was very friendly and not pushy at all. Adam and Bill had the whole unit installed by the time I got home. They were friendly and respectful to my wife and kids and were even done ahead of schedule.
