Dr. Bulibek became my cardiologist after performing a stent surgery in 2022. i did not choose him. I've learned since then that the doctor that performs an emergency stent operation becomes your cardiologist by default. After 3 years, I fired Bulibek as my cardiologist. The only way to communicate with Bulibek is through the patient online portal. Always through an office tech, never directly with Bulibek himself. He does not considers patients concerns at all.
