We called around and most of the contractors either didn't answer or when hired to do the work didn't show up. We own and manage several cabins in Big Bear City and Big Bear Lake, we have used Richard "Dicky" to fix and repair our front deck, install new concrete, repair walls, build storage sheds, repair stairs, install new stairs, fix doors, property inspection before we buy and a lot of other items around the several houses in the big bear lake area. Dicky is honest and awesome, he has helped me with almost everything. He built a new deck infront of my Airbnb cabin and repaired the rear deck that was falling apart after a renter reported the issue. 2 months he built a custom storage shed on another property for us. The most recent project and is the biggest project we've every done, we bought a piece of land and he is completing a 3 story, 5 bedroom cabin build with a monster deck, very high valuated ceilings, views of the ski resort and enough parking for everyone at th... read more
