I called on Monday to get my Chihuahua in for treatment. She was lethargic and not walking on her hind leg. There were no appts available until Thursday but they took my info to give to the vet to see if they could squeeze her in somewhere. This is now Wednesday and I have not even received a courtesy call. I got my dog in with another vet who had never seen her before and was by far way more accommodating than this group who were her vets for the last 4 years.
