I had been busy working and every dealership is usually closed on monday. I looked online to see there hrs and I happen to be in Wilmington so I text the person who I have been texting to set up a time. They told me yes they are open til 6 I said I was on my way. Awesome experience today. Broken clutch cable on my Indian Chieftain in Jacksonville NC. Josh in parts was great. Joe the general manager met a CVMA brother halfway to get me the new cable to get me back on the road for my return trip to Summerfield NC 200+ miles away. They enabled us to get home with only a minor delay. Outstanding Customer Support.
Chris was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing to work with. The whole team has great customer service.
