Walk up to the museum from the incline. It is a very interesting museum with lots of history to look at. The gift shop has several item that I would of like to add to my collection. The show that tells the history of point park is a great place to start before entering the park.
I don't know how on earth this doesn't have a 5 total review score! I live here in Chattanooga and come up to point park a couple times a year. It's usually quite, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful scenery 360° around here! There's a few small cool shops, a few nice joints to grab a bite, and literally 5 minutes away you can hop on the incline and ride the railroad down the side of lookout mountain to a bunch of places to eat in St Elmo.
