I’ve been a member for almost 18 months. Learning something every week…new moves, new goals, new gains. The owners are very involved and workout alongside members. Very supportive. Much diversity of age, fitness level, goals…yet all are welcome and sweat together. Group workouts are challenging but are easily and routinely modified. Get fit together!
Very underrated place to host a birthday party. We had my son’s fourth birthday, and it was perfect. They have age appropriate activities, a large area for cake/food/presents, and awesome staff. The kids had a blast!
Just finishing up the Boot Camp, and it has been a great experience. I did not expect to enjoy Cross Fit as much as I do! I think my coaches have been a huge part of that - they have given just the right amount of instruction and encouragement to bring me along without feeling overwhelmed. (And without any injuries, which I was warned about by friends when I first started.) Also love my group - such great people! Thank you, Bobby, Basia, and all my boot camp buddies!
