Called to provide feedback and provide a formal complaint about the management at Creekstone Bar and Grill. Left a message for the regional manager. NO RESPONSE! NO CALL BACK! This is clearly why they have a 3.0. Management across the board seems to lack interest in what their patrons (former) have to say! Even the manager at Creekstone stated regional did not care and she was CORRECT!

This company has ruined the last month of my life. I got injured on the job AFTER I had put in my two week notice and was told by managers there wouldn’t be much I could do there and not to come in so I could take time to heal. I did that and after my two weeks ended they told insurance had I not quit they would have accommodated my injury. Extremely scummy business. I would never recommend anyone work for them. Hi, My girlfriend and my friend came here to eat and for starters our waitress Alana came up to us and she was rude before she even took our order!!! Now I understand everybody has bad days so I can understand that but the men who was sitting behind us ended up walking out because she never came to the table and it took her a while to come to our table anyway. Your kickback jacks location in Richmond VA Broad st is giving people food poisoning! I have no way to contact the correct managers as I haven't heard anything nice about the ones in the restaurant! Fix it before this becomes a world-wide known issue $60 for wings and my family can't eat anything else for days now! Shame on you!
