Hi, My girlfriend and my friend came here to eat and for starters our waitress Alana came up to us and she was rude before she even took our order!!! Now I understand everybody has bad days so I can understand that but the men who was sitting behind us ended up walking out because she never came to the table and it took her a while to come to our table anyway. Your kickback jacks location in Richmond VA Broad st is giving people food poisoning! I have no way to contact the correct managers as I haven't heard anything nice about the ones in the restaurant! Fix it before this becomes a world-wide known issue $60 for wings and my family can't eat anything else for days now! Shame on you!
The customer service at the Durham Kickback Jacks location is seriously lacking. Corporate needs to pay attention and take action. The negative one star reviews are more the rule then the exception. Come on corporate, wake up!
