This place, hands down is, THE BEST! From very first visit to a year later, everyone who works there is wonderful. Now a days, customer service is so so lacking and doesn't seem to exist anymore. Not here, they are extremely friendly and helpful with everything. HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Battleground Eye Care!
Anytime you go to a doctor of any form it’s not the most exciting part of your day. However, the eye doctor and staff at this location made my experience so enjoyable. Dr. Scott was most notable, with doctors nowadays in demand to see so many patients, actual attention to what you’re going through is very rare. Dr. Scott sat there and went through every single one of my concerns and actually cared. I 10/10 recommend this location.
The Optical Shop at Battleground Eye Care is the best! I pay out of pocket because of their expertise, conscientious care, and diligence to find the perfect eyeglass frames for me. They can even straighten warped frames. The lenses and frames are of the highest quality. It is always a pleasant experience to buy glasses here!
All of the below reviews are accurate as far as staff kindness all around the office. No one has every been rude, and in emergencies we were fit into the schedule. Dr. Scott is kind and caring. However, he was neglectful in educating our family about myopia (nearsightedness) control options for our children. Also, eye dilation for my kiddos should had 100 percent been done at the regular yearly check up appointments, or scheduled for another appointment. Sharon at Battleground Eye Care was very helpful to me in getting my new glasses. She measured so carefully that when they arrived they fit perfectly. That is the first time that happened for me and I have been wearing glasses for many years. She really knows what she s doing.
