I paid $16 for the wash and my car is still dirty. The water pressure was crappy. Not happy.

I paid for a $12 car wash with my cc but the wash never started, so I paid for another one in the next bay. Texted details to the # on the wall, got a response 2 days later saying they were looking into it. The next day they texted and said they located the issue, ordered parts and would be on location to fix in 3 days and I could meet them to get my refund.
