I could not be more pleased with the service and care that Jim received at the BUH. We all think we should be #1 but that is not reality in a hospital. Ambulances with accident victims and persons not able to walk in are, in most cases, the first priority. We all think we should be #1 because we are hurting, what about those who are suffering!!!
The security guard was the nicest guy ever.
