Dr Anesse is amazing but receptionist is rude and useless. Looses information and forgets to do things
Took a phone call to the hospital for us to get them to answer. Took 1 month of calling every other day to get my son's 2 week check up. Receptionist is rude. Tell us we are late when we get there 1 min after we were supposed to. Then have us wait to see anyone for 45mins to get weight and height then wait another 15-20mins to actually see the doctor.
Honestly the doctor is alright, but the receptionist is horrible. It’s been twice now they have called to change our appointments because of an “emergency” a week from our appointment dates. The person on the phone can’t understand you half the time and just says “hello” when she picks up the phone. Horrible service.
Hope ppl can see it before visit here.Unpleasant experience with Dr. Ogum. The way he talks will make you look fool worrying too much about the baby. Feels like he is more interested in making parents look fool rather than giving a proper explanation on parent's worries. Also he is either a racist or just rude by telling me to learn more English. No wonder no one complains about his waiting time being too long. He was not helpful other than ruining my day. Ps.i didnt speak english is just dont wanna talk with you
