The receptionist failed to do her job during our confirmation phone call by not telling us what was needed for our appointment as new patients. Fast-forward to our appointment, which was booked MONTHS in advance, I call to let them know we are going to be a few minutes late due to the road conditions as we are hours outside of North Battleford. Took a phone call to the hospital for us to get them to answer. Took 1 month of calling every other day to get my son's 2 week check up. Receptionist is rude. Tell us we are late when we get there 1 min after we were supposed to. Then have us wait to see anyone for 45mins to get weight and height then wait another 15-20mins to actually see the doctor. Whay is the point of having a phone and 2 receptionist if neither of them answer the phone or call you back after leaving a voicemail.
His assistant is enough to make me crazy. You follow the doctor’s instructions and she can’t get anything right. I don’t usually write stuff like this but it’s every visit and every call. It’s like she has a few things she knows how to say and just repeats those things even if you aren’t asking when your next appointment is. Plus expect to wait for an hour after your appointment.
Dr Anesse is amazing but receptionist is rude and useless. Looses information and forgets to do things
