Monday (Mar 10/25) doc said she was sending a referral letter to my nurse practitioner to see a GI specialist……. SHE DID NOT DO THIS. I am struggling with some issues and need to see this specialist. So I went to the clinic today Mar 12 to ask about the letter, the doc went on holidays , did not send the letter, and receptionist was extremely RUDE….. nothing professional about that place. I would advise no one to go there. It doesn’t even deserve the one star

my elderly mom has been seen there a few times to report lumps in the lymph nodes 6 months ago, with her history of cancer you would think they would ensure a referral back to cancer care would be priority. we continue to call cancer care and there is still no referrals. I do not recommend going to this clinic!
He threw me away like an old shoe after being his patient for so many years and I ran out of my medication and had to go to another hospital while being away for over a week and when I got home he made sure that everyone in the office hear him say- no, I don't want you as a patient anymore, go back to the same hospital that you got this medication from, and this was after asking and explaining to him that I was going to be away and could I possibly get enough to last me until I got home and he only said no.So that's my opini... read more
