Dr Moseley, a physician at Battlefield Medical, has been my Physician for about three years. Her knowledge combined with her caring have made my health challenges during this time much easier. She has always made herself available to answer questions. The rest of the staff has always been equally as helpful. They work together as a great team and accomplish what most medical office set out to accomplish...RESULTS:)
So far so good for my family...helpful and respectful front desk, great first visit with Dr Palmasino for all three of us. Quick with lab work, did not have to wait for scheduled appointment. Sorry to hear the one star no named yahoo reviewer had a terrible first visit, maybe everything else in their life is awful. If I were you I would let your doctore know you are unhappy. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for something new.
Dr. Balderson is the best doctor Ive every had. She is kind, concerned, and takes time to listen to me. They have moved into their new building on South Battlefield and it is beautiful. I have not met a rude employee yet. They are very responsive on the phone and so far have taken the time to write down word for word the message that I want relayed to the doctor. My first visit at this office was in Mid Dec. I am very disappointed! The exterior of the building is beautiful, but the office is crappy, bland and looks like it needs a good steam cleaning with bleach and brillo pads! The office staff is stupid, rude and lazy! They act like you are bothering them by just being there. I felt as respected as a herd of cattle! This is a great place to be when you are not feeling well. Very knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and understanding. Quick easy visits fix you up and send you on your way.
