Ordered 2 pails of grease and was lead on and on for a month. I literally phoned twice a week just to be told it would be in tomorrow . Finally the guy tells me they sold it to another customer apparently with a bigger company then ours. Never using again , very frustrating
I’m very disappointed with this company. I reserved a compressor for October 15 and paid a $2000 deposit on September 19. At that time, they guaranteed that I would have the compressor on that date. But when I went to pick it up, they told me they had given it to another company and didn’t have one available for me. Because of this, I had to cancel several winterizing appointments with my customers, which caused me a lot of trouble and loss. Typical Canadian/Toronto customer service attitude...if you don't like it there are millions of customers to walk to the door so actually they don't care ...just saying.
