Great as long as you don't need them to keep your scheduled appointment happened 2x in 3 months. And as long as your therapist talks at you doesn't understand nor try to listen to you and LITERALLY LIES TO YOU!!! i jumped through every hoop to get the prescription ive been on for a decade. She kept extending the goal post i was patient every time did her tests made the next appointment then she decided to change my prescription. Our previous provider left the clinic so I chose to make an appointment with Catherine Beggs for my husband. The appointment went well and my husband is now an established patient. Now I need a refill on his pain meds so I called the pharmacy as requested and for a week the pharmacy has sent requests to Beggs so the medication can be refilled. NOTHING. Updated 10/2/25 Took my son to go see Kat, told her what was going on. She didn't know what was going on based on his symptoms. After we left my son told me that he's been having the migraines twice a week for about 3-4 weeks. He originally told her that it was the past two days. I called and left a message on the machine to her MA, about what my son had said regarding his migraines. This was 3 days ago!! Haven't heard back! Updated 8/13/25 I always have such a positive experience with Wynett and Melissa. They are both so positive and upbeat. The clinic is lucky to have them, they are who the public sees and hears first. They make a great team! Updated in June of 25 Kat is awesome, she listens to her patients needs and concerns. I went in because I had an infection on my leg. She took the time to listen and evaluate the situation. She is definitely worth establishing care with! Her MA Caressa is so thorough as well, they make a great team!
