RecommendedI bought a backpack from Battle Lake six years ago. I used it for day hikes, beach trips, skiing in the Poconos every weekend. For the past four years it’s been my work backpack (I’m in construction). The zipper on the front was starting to fail, but the rest of the pack is still in GREAT shape. I have for the last several years purchased from Battle Lake Outdoors. I travel as much for work as I do for play, and find the equipment manufactured here is top notch!!! I have spent (wasted) way too much money in the past on bike bags, briefcases, and travel bags from the big name brands (all manufactured in sweatshops overseas) only to be completely disappointed with the quality.
