After calling 2 days in a row at 8am and being told when I got through that i needed to try again the next day as there were no available appointments, I FINALLY got one. They told me a time to arrive over the phone and that was that. I didn't receive a confirmation text/email or anything. When I got the Hadrian's health centre, the place I'm registered to as my GP practice, they told me I was in the wrong place and as I wouldn't be able to make it to the correct place, my appointment had been cancelled. Receptionist (small in height, blondish hair, quite old) 4/1/24 at 4pm. What an attitude, couldn't of been less professional if she tried. Doctor however was lovely.
Useless i had an emergency appointment for chest pain was only told about it at 6.23 pm appointment was for 7.30 pm I had to ring a taxi 25£ gets there 7.20pm to ne told they cancelled my appointment and have been ringing me from 5pm? When appointment wasn't made until 6.23. No missed calls on my phone the receptionist is a lier
