I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
