My Brother offered to order me one of the limited edition (red) PACK 720 bags for Christmas. We placed the order on the 28th of December, wary of the warnings that shipping times could reach in excess of 15 business days. Been using their products for more than a decade now!!
I had some cutom foam inserts for shipping boxes made here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in designing the insert with custom cut-outs for the dental products that I make and sell. They had a mockup ready in 24 hours, and then after one revision, they had a follow-up ready the same day. The level of attention and care given to me (someone who will be a relatively low volume customer for them) was exceptional. While their turn around time is antiquated, their finished product is vastly superior, and in extreme cases they will bend over backwards to work with any emergency deadlines. Customer service (and attentiveness) was pretty spectacular via email as well. Overall very pleased with my purchase (these trays are rock solid) and will order again. Hopefully by understanding/supporting them, they will someday be able to bring their shipping closer towards the Amazon era of cost and speed, fingers crossed!
