highly recommend this gym. Coaches are very knowledgeable and make CrossFit an approachable discipline of fitness. In the year since I have joined, I have lost 20lbs, increased cardiovascular work capacity, and increased strength numbers.

I was able to drop 7 lbs of fat in 6 weeks on the battle crossfit nutrition challenge while also building several other life habits. My body fat is at a all time low, muscle mass and energy are at all time highs. Battle Crossfit is a home away from home! It is a community like no other. When I started 4 years ago, I was terrified but was warmly welcomed and since then I have only seen warm welcomes to all new athletes. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The owners care about their members and no one is just a number. The facility is clean and well organized. Battle has positively changed my life and was one of the best choices I have ever made.
