I joined Battle a little over 4 months ago at age 50….i was nervous and intimidated by CrossFit …The coaching team made me feel very welcomed and at ease and the on ramp training is 1 on 1 with a coach…you are not just thrown in with full classes , after on ramp you join regular classes, what I didn’t realize is that just about every movement can be scaled, meaning there are different variations. This is a wonderful, family owned gym. They treat their members like family. Coaches and members are extremely friendly and supportive. I appreciate that they offer CrossFit and other class options, as well as Thrive Meals. Nick, the General Manager, is responsive and encouraging. He is constantly checking in on the well being of his members. Thank you, Battle!

After a few years of trying other types of gyms. I decide to try Battle CrossFit, I wasn’t too sure about it at first, especially when everyone was dropping weights. Almost 3 years later, I love going into Battle and now sometimes when I do laundry I just drop the basket, like dropping a barbell.
