I’m extremely disappointed with how Battle Creek Recreation Center handles gym access for different sports groups. For weeks now, basketball players have been calling daily to ask about open gym times, and nearly every day we’re told the gym is unavailable. Out of an entire week, basketball might get two short time slots, usually only from 3:30–5 p.m. That’s barely enough time for warm-ups, let alone a full run.
