Great service and overall fast response. They have a new manager and things are getting done! Very professional service.
Suppose to have award winning service department. If you want to wait more than a week maybe their alright. Timeliness or quick is not their best suit. Called because hot was leaking had to wait over a week. Not award winning in my book
I have been getting service from them for years now. The service is fast and professional. They have always been able to help me diagnose problems with my tub over the phone or even when I stop in. When I do have to get service, there prices have always been right and they repair it on spot. I couldn't ask for better service or people that are the most helpful. Thanks guys for the excellent service that you do.
Spoke with the service person over the phone reguarding a possible bad pump motor or capacitor. The gentlemen explained that I needed to leave this intact and allow him to come to my house to test this. Again I asked about testing the capicotors and informed I could change both the capacitor and or the motor depending on what we determined was bad.
