I've had nothing but amazing experiences with these guys. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of both my time and money. I've had a really bad experience with Tiger Auto Mall and they sold me a vehicle that had several issues that cost over $3k after only have the truck a few weeks. Several engine warning codes and such, broken and/or seized parts, and very poor maintenance. Floyd, Alesha, and others seem to be knowledgeable and compassionate. They work hard to get the right part for the need. Sadly, they have to go out of town for parts, so turn-around time isn't as quick as one would like with a single-car family. Any concerns, and they do their best to make it right.
Very happy with service we hotshot for a living and broke down close to Talahina OK. he diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away had us back up and running the next day definitely 5 thank you so much Floyd!!
I can't say enough great things about the roadside service we received during our trip through Oklahoma!
