As a Black-owned business, in a predominantly white industry, you would expect the company to take care of their Black patients seeking care. However, this is the most unprofessional experience I have had with a therapist. Dr. Battle cancelled my appointment the night before and never reached out to reschedule. When I inquired about it, they said they would follow up and they still haven't. On top of that, my therapist missed my appointment and then wants to charge a late cancellation fee. Very positive experiences since I’ve been seeing Dr. Battle. Had a couple therapists before coming here that weren’t a good “fit” for me. Dr. Battle is professional without being robotic.
