Battle Box Fitness is the best gym in Conyers. I love the workout routines, the friendly comrades, as we battle together and the ladies only environment. It's fun and healthy and Coach Wil, will make you work to obtain your goal. I highly recommend.
This female only gym has been my fitness home since May 25'. It is the only gym I've stuck with for a straight year even through winter! 45 minutes of warm up, work out and cool down has made me lose fat and tone my body where needed to look my best! I started at 186 lbs... now at a very satisfied and healthy 161 lbs! Come on in, sign up, Show Up, do as much as YOU can at each camp. It'll be hard so prepare to push yourself, but coach and your teammates will get you through!
I joined Battle box gym about a month ago. I love that he pushes us to our full potential. It doesn't get boring and I actually have noticed a difference in my body. My back is smaller and I can now see my waistline! I'm going to keep going because it's the best decision in a long time. I feel good not only about myself but my body as well!
It give me the variety in exercise. Nice boxing concept workout for women. Starts on time ends on time and you work but no boredom.
