From start to finish, it was a great experience! They had great communication and answered all of my questions. The crew who painted the house double checked with me on details throughout the day. Dan, Tony, Vic, Fernando, Brian, and Angel were very kind, respectful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Battleborn for your house painting needs!
Made an appointment for them to come give an estimate. They confirmed it via text, then no-showed. I called and emailed after, yet no response. I've attached a screenshot of the text chain communication we had. I'll let others decide what kind of customer service this is. Meanwhile, I found another company that I'm happy to recommend to anyone (and they are especially accommodating to military and first responder personnel)!
