Spike the smarmy sales guy there likes to insult people’s intelligence. He’s also a spokesperson for the entire dealership. I would recommend not doing business with these people if that’s how they’re gonna treat their customers. Telling a customer they can’t afford a motorcycle is an insult! If I was the owner of this dealership, I would hand him his walking papers.
I arrived unannounced needing a tire. Every soul at Battle Born HD was polite, professional, and prompt. Got me in and out. Very high marks and recommendations from me.
Great people! I took the riding course there and the coaches and all the staff were very knowledgeable and nice.
