Ms. Shana gave me the upmost professional service on the phone and while in office. Battle Bonding Company have been our family bail bonding company for over 20 years. We will not used anyone else. She work with me when I did not have enough money to get my son out of jail. She got him out with no money up front! She's very fair and have always been there for me! She also gave my son a job!

Wish I had read the reviews before trusting her. She took my money for the bond and did not pay the bond. She won’t answer the phone despite me calling and texting repeatedly. This is a slum level of practice and I will absolutely NEVER use Battle Bonding again…. #Beware!!! #Scammer #ConArtist

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL she’s never in the building all she does it LIE she takes her time doing her job when you’re paying her money. She doesn’t answer her phone or respond to text she is very rude and even if you pay your bond in advance before turning yourself in you’ll be there the whole night waiting & she won’t answer for your family or you so if you think this the place for you in your family look anywhere but there !!!!
