Love my doctor's.
The M.U. Battle Clinic is the worst medical care facility in Columbia. The receptionists who answer the phones routinely hang up on me or hang up refusing to take my calls on a regular basis. Which is why I switched to a different M.U. medical care clinic. There's absolutely no excuse for their rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional behavior, and need to be retrained and counseled on medical ethos, customer service and professional ethics.
