Went to get labs and got in line for lab check in. The lady told me I was in the wrong line and needed to go up front. This is not the first time she has told me she’s not responsible for signing people in for labs only PT. This is ridiculous and if she can’t do her job find someone that can.
I accidentally left my prescriptions when I was out of town ,so I called to get them refilled, but they said it would take up to 3 days! Lucky I guess I'll be ok, but what if you're a patient with a heart condition or a diabetic, is that exceptable?
I've been going here about 3-4 years now. Everyone is always so nice to me and accommodating. Easy communication to your healthcare team through the portal as well. Dr. Ulen and his team are literally the best, words cannot describe how thankful I am to be apart of their team.
