Completely unimpressed with this company.
Had an order with them and they completely dropped the ball. They kept sending shrink sleeves that had errors to our manufacturer for different customers. They had an issue with there machines and shut down production completely. Instead of trying to help the current customers that were waiting. They decide to up there MOQ quantity order to 240,000 sleeves. What kind of company ups there MOQ order when there product they are producing is defective?
