Go elsewhere. Every time I go here as the customer I need to do most of the work. First, it is nearly impossible to get the women behind the counter to get off their phones to help you. If there’s already somebody that is getting help, it is impossible to also get help from the second person there to do their job. Calling them is also impossible to get someone on the phone. From start to finish, you are cared for to the utmost! Jenna at the desk to Michele for the fitting of your glasses always go above and beyond. Dr. Battin is so professional and kind. This place cares! I love picking out glasses as they are always right!! I always have the right frames and the right fit when I leave. I have been a customer here for years, as long as they stay so will I! If you are on the fence about this place get off it and try for yourself it wont be disappointing I PROMISE!!
