Absolutely horrible place. The staff does not know how to properly communicate or use their own computer system, they are rude and act like you are a bother, they setup appointments with you just to call and cancel multiple times or for you to show up and not have the glasses you ordered. UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF TIME FOR NO REASON STAY FAR AWAY FROM BATTIN EYECARE
I absolutely love the staff & Dr. However I’m not sure if I will go back. It’s the only place you can’t return your glasses if you don’t like them. I thought mine were so cute . But I don’t like them at all. I’m stuck for a year with them.
Not helpful and rude. I was picking out frames and both workers disappeared in back for 20 minutes. If I didn't already have my eye exam, I would've just walked out.
Not a good experience. Was given quite a few tests but was never explained why. Contacted legal advice and was told he has to give me results plus he and office staff each told me statements that weren't true.
The doctors were amazing it’s just the staff that was rude.
