just received this order. While the outer packing was fine no marks or indents the battery itself was cracked with the plastic pieces inside the box, which would indicate to me it was sent defective. This is a lead acid battery and I am floored that it could have been shipped out in such a fashion. The battery has been safely disposed of and I will not be dealing with them again
