Came for a starter battery, left with an education about the differences between starter and deep cycle batteries. Old mate was very engaging, passionate, and helpful with trying to secure a warranty claim. Good stuff
The 2 younger staff where wonderful , the 1 older staff member was appalling. He came at us the moment we walked in the door verbally aggressive berating us for not buying the battery from them as we where there to have it fitted, his words were so what cheap shit battery did you buy and why did you not buy from us, we had called earlier to ask if they fitted bought elsewhere batteries and were told yes , so I bought my battery from them and took the other back the 2 younger staff were just great but the older guy what a hor... read more
