Young fella was very great on cuztomer service
Excellent customer service
Extremely fast service I was at work with a client in car. My battery dies when I took her to pharmacy I called battery world Toowoomba and the man came out immediately for me as I explained I was at work etc he even told me to go try to get a replacement battery as mine was only a year old. Rather than charging me the extra to get a new battery so he jump started my car got me and we were off he was lovely and I would definitely use him again in the same situation
Excellent & timely convenient service. Staff were prompt & professional. A big thankyou to Brock for his service.
