Thank you Brian for saving my sanity. My car shut off while i was driving today. Turned up within minutes of my phone call, and after running a few tests, and nearly getting himself burnt, realised that there was a loose alternator connection which cased the battery to die. Tightened the connection, replaced the battery just to be on the safe side, and now my car is running as it should be. Luck was on both our sides today. Cannot thank you enough.
I attended Battery World Rothwell QLD today to have a battery check,a young gentleman Brian went above and beyond with his expertise problem solving a few things that needed addressing I highly recommend if you have any problems definitely pay him a visit,A huge Thankyou Brian I will definitely be back if I have any problems in the future.
Brian is a absolute legend, helped me out with my daughters broken down he walked over to the car smiling and having a fantastic chat, he fixed her car (loose relay) and left no mention of payment... old fashion service with a smile... wish there was more of it
Came in today with a problem with 2 of my old phones the 2 gentleman went above and beyond to help solve my problem very much appreciated very friendly staff 😀
Knowledgeable team quick to identify issues others had not. Only real issue was wait from beginning of process to end due to high customer demand and novice training
