Was looking for replacement battery for my HPPro Book. Staff member was uncertain and advised Manager would call back. Manager did return call Adrian and although Battery World has stopped supplying these batteries, he provided alternative contact and solution after searching Laptop product and series. Adrian didn't have to do this however the fact he did reflects his commitment to customer service. Thank you.
