Their knowledge of different batteries was exceptional, they diagnosed the issue quickly, had the right battery in stock, and got me back on the road in no time. Ben came out to assist with my flat battery, he was so prompt and such a genuinely nice guy, took a little longer than first thought once he got to the car (complex situation, not Ben’s fault in anyway, he navigated the situation brilliantly) so we ended up chatting for over an hour whilst he worked away. 100% would recommend Ben and the team at Mona Vale, 10/10

I turned up the other day with a Hilux Sporting the dreaded winch electrical assembly mounted on top of the Battery bracket. This thing defies human beings to disassemble but the guys at Battery World persisted and did an excellent job of installing a new battery I know this sounds corny but I would highly recommend them.
