Excellent service! Joe was under the pump juggling phones ringing off the hook and walk in customers! I had an install issues from another battery world up the coast. I rung Joe who was only to happy to help, when I turned up he investigated the issue, made the decision to replace on the spot and reinstalled everything efficiently. Joe wasn’t making any $$ off this transaction but regardless of this I still felt like a valued customer and he sorted my issue out even though the initial issue came from another branch!
