Excellent service! Joe was under the pump juggling phones ringing off the hook and walk in customers! I had an install issues from another battery world up the coast. I rung Joe who was only to happy to help, when I turned up he investigated the issue, made the decision to replace on the spot and reinstalled everything efficiently. Bought a battery recently for a rare classic vehicle. The young guy there on a weekend was extremely helpful suggesting multiple options. We ended up slightly upgrading the battery for better Cold Cranking Amps. When I installed the battery in an awkward box, one of the handles broke. Popped back in a few weeks later, again, extremely helpful in seeing if one of the "to-be-recycled" batteries had a similar handle, too good! Many thanks I'll be using you guys again for our fleet
