Great product availability, great competitive pricing. Free installation for car battery. Unfortunately the fellow who served me, left to assist a colleague with a query. Others asked if I was being attended to which I replied I was, but my chap clearly forgot he was attending me as after helping his colleague's lengthy issue, he went straight to the next customer waiting, and I lost my place in the queue, along with all the other offers of assistance I could have had, had I known he wasn't coming back. Came very quickly and got my car started with a new battery at a reasonable cost
Fantastic service, could not fault. Called in there today as the accessory socket was not working for the portable fridge. No appt we just thought maybe the second battery was no longer working. Jordan tested the socket only to find that it was dead. He chased the wiring found the problem put in a new and very neat bypass solution, new battery and we are good to go. We will only go to Battery World Joondalup moving forward for any battery needs. Thanks again Jordan and Jack.
