During a Century battery warranty claim process, I received exemplary service from Tom and Graham. Although the battery finally passed the test and I didn't have to change it over, the result was an additional sale due to a cable failure under the bonnet. I am a returning customer over the years, in the store's various locations. One piece of feedback though- I would have loved to have bought a Victron charger from them, but the price was literally $100 more than from a bricks n mortar in QLD, shipped to the door.
