Went there because I had a flat battery. They charge me $80 more for the battery that’s sold at another battery world store, when questioned they tried to convince me that this was a high performance battery. So I called the other store while I was in store and it was exactly the same battery, but they weren’t willing to negotiate on price or match the other battery world store. The battery died in my car as I was about to go to an important meeting, of course! Caleb was awesome. He was arrived within 20 minutes and the process of swapping the battery and the diagnostic after were done well and quickly. I may have been late for the meeting but this proved a great talking point. Thanks Caleb and team!
Enoggera branch. Very helpful lady who answered the phone and booked in the mobile home visit. Lovely young and helpful chap who arrived within 30 minutes. Tested my battery and even though I have some minor issues with the battery, he suggested it’s not ready to change over yet. The young guy was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. You have great employees.
They were very friendly, very quick and much less expensive than some. The young man who put in the new battery was great!
