Excellent customer service from start to finish! From the friendly lady over the phone to the hands-on technician who came to my home, the whole experience was fantastic. I had the battery replaced for my Subaru Impreza at home, and the service was super friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I was very happy to have it fixed quickly, and the home service fee was only $30, which was absolutely worth it for the convenience. Highly recommend Battery World — thank you for the great service!
I dont usually post reviews but this time I had to. Excelente service, I will always go back to Battery World Enoggera when I need assistance with batteries. My motorcycle battery went flat and I called their roadside assistance. Caleb picked up the call, he was very courteous and met me at the location. We faced a few issues trying to get the right battery but he assured me he would help me getting home, even if he had to lend be a temporary battery. At the end, all sorted. Great service from Caleb and the team. Thanks.
