Had a 2 year old battery with a 30 month warranty fail. Contacted the Dubbo store and gave them details. A customer service representative drove to my stranded vehicle and took the old battery and tested it and deemed it unsalvagable and so returned and fitted a new one and vehicle is returned to fully operational status. Thanks Battery World Dubbo.
