I was out with my parents when their car battery stopped working. I phoned Battery World Beenleigh and the helpful fella put us on the list for their emergency callout. When he arrived he said he'd never seen a battery so badly corroded. Nevertheless he set to work. He had the car up and running and us on our way. Absolutely recommend these guys.
Excellent Customer Service
Absoltuely disgusting customer service. Rang the store when I was stranded on the side of the road for road side assistance and got put on hold for 15 minutes. Luckily a good samaritan stopped and gave me a jump start otherwise I would still be there waiting. When I rang the store back I was given a lame excuse that the staff member was alone in the store with heaps of customers. This is not good enough there should be at least 2 staff on a Saturday. Parking an issue, only compaint
Thankyou to the guy who fitted our battery after the closing time. It was muchly appreciated. I have 3 kids to get to school everyday and would be lost without my car. Highly recommended!!!
