Great service! I recently visited to purchase a new battery for my vehicle. Not only did the staff greet me, they immediately came to my aid! And even installed the battery for me. The service was so great I even purchased a jump starter.
The Battery World in D’Iberville is a Ryobi Repair Center. My recommendation is not to go there for warrant work. My Ryobi has been in the shop since early December. It is now more than 2 months later. Apparently, they refuse to order a warranty part until they hit a certain dollar value to order. The repair tech cannot give me an estimate of when he will be able to place an order. I will not buy another Ryobi product.
When I come in at 3:05pm on a Saturday not realizing you closed at 3pm please don't say "we are very closed" 😑 that's when I said okay thank you & went to Battery+ in the same shopping center!

My Ryobi gas blower stopped working and Ryobi informed me to take it to Battery world in D'lberville. the employees at this location is very customer oriented. They informed on the warranty procedures and the repair procedures and surprised me with an answer within forty eight hours of dropping off my blower . In addition, they contacted Ryobi and had my product in a timely manner. .
